There is an old adage that goes "the best way to maintain a good

beginning". Here at Kings Creek Ranch we have contracts for the
services which we
provide. While everyone wishes there wasn't so much paperwork in the
world, we feel that having a clear, simple contract assures all parties
of what they are bargaining. We want you to know what services we
will provide, and
what you can expect the cost to be.
